We think it is important that our pricing is transparent with all our services and will provide you with a medical plan and estimate if your pet is in need of care.
For patients admitted to hospital, our policy to obtain a deposit which equals 50% of the initial estimate. For those pets in hospital for an extended time, we will ensure you receive regular updates on the account.
Further deposits may be required during their stay, and full payment will be required when your pet is ready to go home.
Like most vet clinics, we do not offer credit, though we do work closely with pet insurance providers and veterinary specific lending agencies to help ensure that you are able to provide your pet with the care they require.

Payments can be made by EFTPOS, credit card or cash. If you anticipate a problem with payment, please let us know as soon as practical.
