Dr. John Hutt is a visiting specialist in Veterinary Dermatology and is available for referral appointments during his visits to JCUVet.

Dermatology referral services include:

• Intradermal allergy testing and desensitization therapy
• Video otoscope examination of the ears
• Management of chronic and severe skin and ear disease
• In-house biopsy interpretation
• In-house cytology collection & interpretation
• Advanced imaging to assess middle ear disease

Referring a Case

The Dermatology Service at JCUVet operates via referral from your family veterinarian. If your pet requires specialised attention, please discuss your concerns with your veterinarian, who can facilitate a referral to our team. For veterinary professionals looking to refer a case, our clinicians are always happy to chat to you prior to referral.
